Jason was very thorough with his explanation of what my truck needed. Given that my truck is older, he was very empathetic in letting me know what was preventative vs. what could cause more expensive issues in the future... as any consumer, I did some research and was able to confirm that what he was suggesting was reasonable given the age and mileage of my truck. Honesty goes a long way, which is the reason l've used City garage for 5+ years.

My old car had a few problems, two of which should have been fixed at the dealership earlier. The check engine light came on. Took car to local Brakes Plus and they diagnosed and fixed the problems in one day. Adam was great in explaining things and making sure the were fixed properly, Highly recommend this repair shop.

I've been taking my car here for 9 years and have always had a good experience. I've never had to take the car back in because of bad workmanship. Also, they're never super pushy about stuff I don't need. Jason was super helpful to me today by printing my service records at my request. Thanks for being a great shop!

I’ve come here for a few different issues over the past year & been very happy with the service I received every time. One time, a mechanic spotted a nail in my tire & fixed it at no cost - and it wasn’t even what I came in for. The first time I came in turned out to be a more extensive & expensive repair - but Jason (front desk) gave such a straightforward explanation of the repair & the price that I felt comfortable trusting them without a second opinion. I’ve felt the same every visit & am happy to recommend them for honest & high quality vehicle maintenance. Also, just really kind, friendly employees there. Respectable business all-around.

My wife and I brought in our SUV for a part replacement. Adam was very polite, considerate and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable. The one’s who completed the repair did it very fast and efficient. Adam was a true professional and we will always bring both of our vehicles to Adam and Brakes Plus.

Adam Ruyle and his team took such good care of me! My wipers were completely worn out and one even popped off while it was raining hard - they took care of me fast - changed my wipes - and got me back on the road! Excellent customer service! Probably the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Adam is great! From the moment I talked with him on the phone until I came to pick up my car when the work was done, he was very professional, kind and honest. I felt incredibly comfortable working with him. This will be my go to mechanics place from now on.
